The
fundraiser provides Band Students the opportunity to raise money to help pay for
their International Band Trip, which usually occurs every three years. The next
trip is scheduled to be in the Spring of 2016 (location TBA.)
The cost
for previous trips has been around $3,000. Students in grades 7 through 11 are
encouraged to participate in this fundraiser. Even though 7th graders
will not be included in the 2016 Band Trip, they can begin to raise money for
the trip they would take in their Junior year.
Students
will be selling Malley's candy and Indian River Groves fruit. All sales are
conducted online; no forms to fill out! Fruit may be sold from October 7 - November 8, and candy may be sold October 7 - December 14. Profits range from
about 33 - 46% depending on product sold.

for the fruit and/or candy sales. You will also find answers to
frequently asked questions there. Students who have participated in
the past received a letter mailed home indicating their current trip fund
balance.
