Information Packet Forms Due Friday

The forms that were included in the 2013-2014 Information Packet are due on Friday, July 26.  Even if you are paying online through Pay-For-It, we still need the hard copies of the forms for our records.  Please mail-in or drop off forms in the HS office.  If you did not receive a packet or need extra copies of the forms, they can be found on the Forms Page.
